Hi Baconhound, I came upon your blog when searching for Charcut’s beet and goat cheese salad recipe. Was there last night and it was fantastic. Just wondering if you ended up getting the recipe for the goat cheese that Connie makes I house. Any help would be much appreciated!! Leeann
